Kate : I'd like to, but I'm grounded until this Saturday.
그러고 싶지만, 이번 토요일까지 외출금지야.
Mariah : My father grounded me for coming in late last night.
우리 아빠가 어젯밤에 늦게 들어왔다고 외출 금지령을 내렸어.
So I won't be able to go out tonight. 그래서 오늘밤엔 나갈 수가 없어.
Ross : I've got an idea. Why don't you sneak out your bed room window?

Ross : That's the one. 그래 그거.
Tim : You bet! I wouldn't have missed for the world.
물론 봤지. 무슨 일이 있어도 그 게임은 놓칠 수 없지.

전에는 활동적이었지만 이제는 책상에만 앉아있는 사람들이 많아요.
Tim : That describes me. I used to play basketball, but I don't have time anymore.
딱 내 얘기네. 나도 전엔 농구를 했는데, 지금은 도무지 시간이 나지 않아.

우리 강아지들이 소란을 피우는 통에 밤새 한 잠도 못 잤거든.
