부모님께(마음고생시켜 드려죄송해요)

마음고생 시켜드린 거 죄송해요

저에겐 너무 힘들었던 한해였어요. 그리구 엄마.아빠에게 너무 큰 실망과 슬픔을드린 해였어요.
비온뒤에 땅이 더 굳어진다는 말이 있듯 전 저 나름대로 반성두 많이하고 제 인생에 대해 생각할 수 있는 기회였어요.

무엇보다 엄마.아빠께 마음 고생 시켜드린것에 대해 너무 죄송하구 가슴 아팠어요.
이 일로 잃은것도 있지만 그 못지않게 얻은것도 많다고 전 저 스스로 나름대로 생각해요.
부모님에 대한 자식사랑이 어떤건지, 가족이란 무엇인지 왜 중요한 건지.
그리구 앞으로 남은 저의 인생에 대한 생각들. 이젠 어떻게 살아가야겠다는 새로운 마음가
짐. 시간이 흘러도 나에게 이렇게 힘든때가 있었다는걸 잃지 않고 날마다 새로운 마음가짐
으로 살아가려고 해요.
부모님과 몇 달동안 떨어져 생활하다보니 부모님이란 글자에 목이 메일때가 많았어요. 전
엔 느낄수 없었던 감정들.
이미 일어난 일을 후회하기 보단 앞으로 제가 해야할 일들에 대한 생각과 발전하는 제가
되도록 노력해야 겠단 생각이 들어요.

인생에 다시 새로운 각오로 도전할 수 있는 좋은 기회라고 생각해요. 아픈만큼 성숙해 지
듯 무슨 일이들 한번 생각할 일 두번 세 번 생각해 보고 이젠 이런 어리석고 바보같은일 되
풀이하지 않을 거란걸 절 믿지 못하시는 마음 이해할 수 있으면서도 서운하면서두 화두나
요. 그 믿음이라는게 한번 잃으면 되찾는 다는게 힘들다는걸 알기 때문에 저도 노력할꺼예
요. 부모님이 절 믿을수 있을때까지.

이제 다시 시작한다는 마음으로 열심히 공부해서 부모님 기쁘게 해드릴께요. 엄마.아빠 건
강하셔서 저한테 효도할 수 있는 기회를 주세요.
그리구 마음에는 있었지만 엄마.아빠께 사랑한달말 한번도 해드린적이 없는거 같아요.

I'm so sorry for the anguish I've caused you

This last year has been such a tough year for me.  And during it I have given you, Mom and Dad, so much disappointment and sorrow.  Just like the saying, "After the rain, the land hardens," so I have, in my own way, become stronger for all the "rain" that has fallen.  This has been an opportunity for me to spend a lot of time reflecting on my life.
   More than anything else, I am terribly sorry for all the anguish I have caused you.  My heart aches because of it.  Through things like this there are things we lose, but similarly, there are many things we gain I think--like love for one's parents, learning what a family really is, and why it's important.  And I've been thinking about my future--how I will live with a new resolve in my heart.  So no matter how much time passes I will not forget these difficult days, but rather live each day with a new determination in my heart.
   These past few months while I have lived away from home there have been many times wh

en the mere thought of you has caused me to get all choked up. These are feelings I never experienced before.
   More than regretting the things that are already done and gone, I know that I need to think about and develop myself for the things still ahead.
   I think life challenges us with the opportunity to try again with a new willingness.  All my pain has matured me, and from now on I will think once, twice, even three times before acting and will not do something this foolish again. I understand why you can't trust me, but it makes me sad and angry.  I will try very hard to restore your trust in me.  I know that once trust is broken it is very difficult to recover.  But I'll keep trying until you can trust me again. I'm going to start over and study with a fervent heart and bring you joy.  Mom, Dad, please be healthy and give me an opportunity to show you my love and devotion.  It's been in my heart, but I don't think I've ever told you, "I love you."

   Mom, Dad, your youngest daughter loves you so much.
