전형적인 Chronological Resume(졸업 예정자용)이다.
- 성적이 우수한 경우에는 강조.(예: A Grade,114 out of a total of 130 ― 총 130학점 중 A 114학점 취득)
- 실은 대학이라도 해외나 지방의 분교에 재적하였던 경우는 이와 같이 학력을 연대순으로 최근의 것부터 과거로 거슬러 올라가 쓴다.
- 아르바이트 경험도 되도록 구체적으로, 어학 학교에서 영어를 가르친 경우, 주에 몇 시간 어떤 학생을 대상으로 가르쳤는가를 쓴다.
- 단순히 백화점의 판매원이라 쓰지 말고 이와 같이 고객에 대해 유행양복의 입는 방법을 조언하였다'와 같은 표현을 한다. 같은 업무라 도 전혀 다르고, 책임을 갖고 근무하였다는 인상을 줄 수 있다.
- 자격이나 특기는 구체적으로, 점수나 시험의 등급 등을 명기한다. TOEFL, TOEIC 등은 물론 좋은 점수를 갖고 있는 경우에만 쓴다. 부기, 비서 기능, 타이프, 속기 워드프로세서 등 시험의 자격을 갖고 있는 경우도 같다. 또 특정한 컴퓨터 워드프로세서, 컴퓨터 언어를 능숙하게 다룰 수 있을 때에도 잊지 말도록 하자.
- 국제성이 몸에 배어 있다는 점을 강조하는 것은 효과적. 이 난에서는 당신의 개성을 선전할 수 있으나, 이렇다 할 세일즈 포인트가 없는 경우에는 생략해도 좋다.
