경력 중심의 전형적인 Chronological Resume0l다. 경력이 학력보다도 세일즈 포인트로 될 경우에는 경력을 최초에 쓴다.
- 숫자를 사용하여 정확하게 업무를 표현한다. 단지 서류 관리라고 쓰지 않고 '350을 넘는 전문적인 서류의 관리, 유지를 하고 있다.'라고 쓰면 같은 업무라도 전혀 다른 책임 있는 업무라는 인상을 준다. 또 업무를 쓸 경우 읽는 상대방에게 알기 쉽도록 쓰는 일도 중요한 점이다.
- 예를 들면, 차심부름이나 복사 등 잡무에 쫓겼어도 이와 같이 책임있는 입장이었다는 상황을 떠올리는 표현을 사용하는 것이 중요 하다.
- 학력을 별로 강조하고 싶지 않은 경우 이렇게 어학 실력을 앞에 가지고 가서 강조하는 것도 하나의 방법이다.
- 사무 능력에 관련된 자격은 되도록 구체적으로 쓴다. 타이프라면 이와 같이 1분간 50자 등으로 명기한다.
