경력에 상세하게 중점을 둔 Chronological Resume, 기본적으로는 역연대순으로 경력을 열거한 Chronological Resume 이나 희망 직종을
최초에 기술하는 등 Targetted Resume의 요소도 들어 있다.
- 현재 어학 학교에서 몇 시간, 어떤 수준의 학생에게 영어를 가르치고 있는가를 상세히 기술하고 있다. 이와 같이 시간수, 학생수를 써서 효과적이라고 생각되는 경우에는 구체적으로 쓰고, 주에 1∼2시간 소수의 학생에게 가르치는 경우에는 구체적으로 쓰지 않는 편이 무난하다. 자신에게 유리한 정보는 적극적으로 쓰고 불리한 점은 일절 적지 않는다.
- 보조역을 맡고 있는 교수의 연구 내용과 관련이 있는 사실로서 중요한 업무를 거들고 있다는 인상을 주고 있다.
- 별로 대단한 내용이 아닌 업무라도 이와 같이 구체적인 숫자를 제시하여 '400명 정도의 외국인 여행자를 공항까지 안내하였다.'라고 하면 인상이 전혀 달라진다.
- 외자 기업에서는 영어를 한다는 것이 전제 조건이다. 혹시 영어 외의 어학에 조금이라도 자신이 있으면 상대방의 이목을 끌기에 유리 하므로 꼭 쓰자. 그녀의 경우 읽기 쓰기는 안 되지만 스페인어 회화가 다소 가능하므로 특기에 추가하고 있다.
- 예로서 고교 시절에 받았던 상이라도 전국적 또는 국제적인 상이라면 꼭 쓰자.
